Each capsule contains Vitamin E (d-alpha-Tocopherol 73.5mg) 100iu, Vitamin C (Calcium Ascorbate 30.3mg) 25mg, Magnesium (Magnesium Oxide 165.8mg) 100mg, Chromium (Chromic Nicotinate 500mcg) 50mcg, Extract Equiv. Dry Dong Quai (Angelica Polymorpha) root 375mg, Black Cohosh (Cimicifuga Racemosa) rhizome & root 100mg, Wild Yam (Dioscorea Villosa) root 150mg, Evening Primrose Oil 250mg and Citrus bioflavonoids extract 30mg.

Thompsons Menopause Support is designed to help ease the transition into menopause by providing key nutrients and herbs to alleviate menopausal symptoms. Thompsons Menopause Support may be useful in relieving hot flushes, night sweats, aches and pains, vaginal dryness, dry and aging skin, poor sleep and emotional swings associated with menopause.

The menopausal years mark a natural biological transition during which the female body undergoes many changes. Although menopause is a natural process it can cause unpleasant symptoms such as hot flushes, mood swings and vaginal dryness. Thompsons Menopause Support contains a specific mixture of nutrients and herbs to help relieve many of the symptoms related to menopause. Vitamin E is particularly noted for helping to reduce hot flushes by supporting the vascular system and aiding in healthy skin. Evening Primrose Oil provides the essential fatty acid Gamma-linolenic acid (GLA) that reduces hot flushes, relieves dry skin and helps regulate hormone production.

As well as these valuable nutrients, Menopause Support contains several high quality herbs, all focussed on supporting the reproductive system. Dong quai is a Chinese plant traditionally used to support women through this important lifephase, acting as a reproductive tonic.

Directions For Use

Adults: Take 1 capsule twice daily, with food.
