Product Description

Apple Cider Vinegar is made from sweet sun-ripened New Zealand apples, naturally fermented, to produce a pleasant tasting vinegar which is suitable as a culinary ingredient. Since ancient times vinegar has traditionally been used for a healthier life. Scientific research has confirmed that a daily dose of cider vinegar will help maintain good health.

Apple Cider Vinegar contains acetic acid, which gives it its characteristic taste and aroma. It contains an array of vitamins, minerals, amino acids, polyphenolic compounds and non-volatile organic acids, including tartaric, citric, malic and lactic acids. Once Apple Cider Vinegar has been opened, further fermentation can occur to produce naturally-rich sediment, often referred to as the 'Mother of Vinegar'.

Directions For Use

Serving Suggestions: To make a healthy and delicious beverage, mix one tablespoon of Apple Cider Vinegar with water, adding lemon and a teaspoonful of honey to taste. In summer add ice and a sprig of mint. In winter use warm water.

To make a wonderful salad dressing, mix with cold pressed olive oil, lemon juice, garlic and fresh herbs.

Shake well before use.
