Directions For Use

Children over 2 years: Take 10ml (2 teaspoons) daily. Can be taken straight or mixed into juice, yoghurt, cereals or blended beverages.

Warnings and Cautions

Do not exceed recommended daily intake. Over-consumption may have a laxative effect.
