Product Description

Tru 2 U Tart Cherry and Green Tea Capsules contains natural Melatonin and L-Theanine. Each vegecap contains 700mg of Pure freeze dried Montmorency Tart Cherry Powder, which naturally contains approximately 0.1mcg Melatonin. Melatonin is a powerful anti-oxidant that also supports circadian rhythms (your body clock) and quality sleep. Your body's ability to produce Melatonin may be reduced by mood fluctuations, stress, anxiety, lack of sun and overseas travel. L-Theanine is an amino acid found in green tea and has been shown to support a calm body and mind. Low Melatonin levels and an over active mind can affect the body's ability to sleep. Contains 60 vegetarian capsules.

Directions for Use

Adults: Take 2 capsules daily for at least one month for maximum benefit. Take the capsules one hour before bedtime.
