Skin Doctors Gamma Hydroxy
Gamma Hydroxy - is the third generation of resurfacing technology. It is a synergistic of alpha-hydroxy acid (AHAs) and beta-hydroxy acid (BHA), making it a very powerful, multi-action, one-step skin resurfacing solution. Glycolic Acid – Considered the most effective AHA and can penetrate the skin more readily. Glycolic and Lactic Acids – work by loosening or breaking up the thick outer layer of skin (microscopic exfoliation activity), thus smoothing the skins texture problems i.e fine wrinkles, acne, skin depressions and pigmentation. Salicylic Acid (BHAs) – Encourages the sloughing of dead skin cells as AHAs do, but also penetrates into the pore therefore making it very effective for improving blemishes, by breaking down blackheads and whiteheads and easing clogged pores.
Skin Doctors Gamma Hydroxy dramatically smoothes the appearance of acne scaring, wrinkles and the visible signs of aging. Skin Doctors Gamma Hydroxy is a new generation hydroxy formulation. It synergistically blends the best from both the alpha and the beta hydroxy acids to have a cosmetic resurfacing effect so dramatic that with regular use, it has even been likened by some people to a chemical peel.
And the best news is that this precise combination of hydroxy acids has been carefully balanced so that the beautiful, smoothing effect happens cumulatively - over a number of weeks - without excessively harsh irritation to the skin.
