Bach Rescue Remedy is available as a 10ml dropper or as 50g of pastilles which are sugar and alcohol free. Bach Rescue Remedy is also available in a sleep formula. Bach Rescue Remedy Sleep contains White Chestnut which has traditionally been used to help switch off the mind from unwanted thoughts and mental arguments. This combined with the orginal Bach Rescue Remedy formula provides an effective natural aid to assist with a peaceful and restful sleep. Bach Rescue Remedy Sleep is available as a 10ml dropper or as a 20ml spray.

Dosage

• Bach Rescue Remedy 10ml dropper: Put 4 drops on the tongue or add 4 drops to water and sip at intervals.
• Bach Rescue Remedy Pastilles: Chew one pastille as required.
• Bach Rescue Remedy Sleep 10ml dropper: Put 4 drops directly on the tongue or add 4 drops to water and sip at intervals.
• Bach Rescue Remedy Sleep 20ml spray: Apply 2 sprays on the tongue.
