Directions For Use

Hydrodol capsules are small so they’re easier to swallow. Ideally you take Hydrodol while drinking but if you forget to, just take Hydrodol when you wake up the next day. Take 4 capsules while drinking, or, alternatively take 4 capsules in the morning after drinking.
