Each tablet contains: Calcium Carbonate 1.25g providing elemental calcium 500mg.
Product Description
Healtheries Osteo-500 is a calcium supplement for people with an inadequate dietary intake of calcium. Calcium is important to protect bones and may be of assistance in the prevention of osteoporosis. The recommended daily intake for adults is 800mg of calcium.
Directions
Take 1 tablet 2-3 times daily with food, or as recommended by your doctor. Not recommended for children under 7 years.

- Keep out of reach of children.
- Store below 30 degrees celsius.
