Nature's Own Fat Fighter Forte is caffeine-free dietary supplement that uses a special blend of herbs and nutrients to assist healthy weight loss. It contains 500mg of Hydroxycitrate Complex which is derived from the fruit rind of Garcinia quaesita Pierre. Hydroxycitrate Complex is a new development in weight loss which inhibits the body from converting carbohydrates into fat and curbs appetite.

Nature's Own Fat Fighter Forte also contains 600mg of Green Tea. Green Tea contains Catechin Polyphenols which can help to rev up your metabolism, inhibit fat absorption and help glucose regulation and may help to reduce appetite.

The B3 and B6 vitamins in Nature's Own Fat Fighter Forte assist in converting food into energy and may help correct high cholesterol levels.

Chromium is incorporated within Nature's Own Fat Fighter Forte as a highly bioavailable picolinate form. Chromium is an essential trace element that can increase the body's metabolic rate so that you burn calories faster. It normalises the body's blood sugar levels, helps insulin regulate the process of food storage, and decreases the levels of LDL (low-density lipoprotein) cholesterol. When combined with a programme of vigorous exercise, Chromium can assist the development of lean muscle tissue.

Dosage

Adults: Take one table with food, three times a day.

Warnings and Cautions

Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet. Warning - this product contains pyridoxine hydrochloride which may be dangerous when used in large amounts or for a long time. Contains 8.2mg of caffeine per capsule.
