Product Description
Thompson’s Phyto-Sleep contains vakerian which is a widely used sedative herb that promotes sleep. In combination with 5-HTP and Passion Flower, both with calming properties, this Valerian-based combination aids a good night's sleep without the risk of unpleasant side-effects.
Directions
Adults: 1-2 capsules, one hour before bed time or as professionally prescribed.
