Directions

Mix Comvita Propolis Tincture in water, either gargle at the onset of a sore throat, cold or flu, or drink daily as an immune builder, antioxidant of liver tonic. For external use, apply directly onto scratches, mouth sores, cold sores etc. Rub into the skin to treat ringworm and athletes foot.
