Dithranol 1% w/w.
Inactive Ingredients
Glycerol laurate, Glycerol myrisate, Citric acid anhydrous, Sodium hydroxide and purified water.
Product Description
Micanol Scalp Cream is used for the treatment of chronic psoriasis in adults including scalp psoriasis. Psoriasis is a stubborn skin disorder with raised, rough, reddened areas covered with dry, fine scales. The skin cells divide more rapidly with psoriasis. Micanol acts by slowing down this rapid division. Micanol can stain the skin. You may wish to use disposable gloves when applying it. Always wash your hands after application. Please read full instructions before using.
Directions
Follow all directions given to you by your doctor or pharmacist. Micanol cream should be applied once a day and removed by washing off no longer than 30 minutes after application. Use lukewarm water to wash off.
Warnings and Cautions
- Keep Micanol where young children cannot reach it.
- Some medicines may interfere with Micanol. Check with pharmacist or doctor.
- Do not use if you are pregnant, intend to become pregnant, are breast-feeding or intend to breast-feed.
- Do not use this medicine for children.
