Each tablet contains: Calcium Carbonate 1.5g providing elemental calcium 600mg.
Product Description
Healtheries Osteo-600 is a calcium supplement for people with an inadequate dietary intake of calcium. Calcium is important to protect bones and may be of assistance in the prevention of osteoporosis. The recommended daily intake for adults is 800mg of calcium.
Directions
Take 1-2 tablets daily with food, or as recommended by your doctor.
