Each capsule provides: Enzogenol (pinus radiata bark extract) 50mg, Betacarotene (Provitamin A) 5mg, Natural Vitamin E (80 IU) 66.7mg, Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) 250mg, Selenium (from Selenomethionine) 75ug, Zinc 7.5mg, Citrus Bioflavonoids 100mg, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride (Vitamin B6) 25mg, Folic Acid 100ug.

Directions
