Directions of Use
- Mixing Directions: Add contents of sachet to 125mls of chilled water in a Vita diet shaker and vigorously shake for 30 seconds, then let stand for 10 minutes. Handy hint: Refrigerate for 10 minutes for a great creamy taste!
- Directions: Consume two Medical Vita Diet sachets per day in conjunction with the healthy eating and exercise program in the Doctor's Guide.

- Dieting is not suitable for children under 15 years or pregnant/lactating women without medical supervision.
